 Appetizer Bruschetta

Bruschetta is a kind of toast with the delicious topping. My sweet daughter showed me how to make it Bruschetta is very easy to prepare and a perfect appetizer for dinner party. You can toast bread and make topping ahead.Assemble just before serving.

In this recipe, I have used Heirloom tomato and 1 regular tomato you can use cherry tomato or plum tomato.

What we need
5-6 Heirloom tomato (about 1 cup chopped
1 small regular firm tomato fine chopped
4 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon chopped onion (optional)
15-16 sweet basil leaves
1  teaspoon black pepper you adjust as per you taste
1/2 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon grated parmesan cheese
Dried oregano
Olive oil for drizzling
Butter
Salt to taste

1 baguette 12 sliced (French bread)

How to make

Finely chop the tomato, basil leaves. In a mixing bowl place tomato, chop basil and garlic, onion, olive oil, salt, vinegar, ground black pepper, oregano and mix well. keep aside.Bruschetta

Prepare baguette bread

Preheat oven @ 450° F brush one side of each bread with butter and arrange in a baking tray place baking tray on the top and toast until bread become light brown it takes about 4-5 minutes.

Take out drizzling some olive oil and spared the tomato topping. You can also serve topping and bruschetta separate so your guest can add as much they want..
