Cheese Corn Canapes
Ingredients
- 4 Slices bread white/brown I uesd white bread
- 1/2 Cup sweet corn boiled
- 1/2 Cup Mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 Teaspoon Crushed black pepper
- 1/4 Teaspoon chilli flakes
- 1 Teaspoon green capsicum fine chopped
- 1/2 Teaspoon Dried oregano
- To taste salt
- Cooking oil/butter I am using butter
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl add grated Mozzarella cheese, boiled sweet corn, chopped capsicum, salt, black pepper, red chilli flakes, and oregano.
- Mix well and keep aside. Cut four rounds from each bread slice you can use a cookie cutter as I am using or any other cutter or bottle cap.
- Roll the circle gently with a rolling pin. This process will make them thin.
- Keep appe pan on heat and grease with oil or butter on each cavity. Carefully place the rolled bread in each cavity and gently press them to take shape.
- Fill corn and cheese filling on each circle.
- Cook on low flame for 2 minutes then cover it for 1 minute open and cook another 2 minutes .
- Gently lift the corner and check if it turns golden brown from beneath otherwise cook for some more time.
- Take out and top up with ketchup and serve hot or cold. Your crunchy mini canapes or ready to rock!!!!!!!!

What we need for Cheese corn canapes
