Stir fried vegetable delight
Healthy vegetable delight is a stir- fried dish with less oil.
What we need
1 Small broccoli flowerets
50-gram paneer cut into chunks (you can cut in any shape and size)
1 Small green capsicum sliced
(you can use red and yellow give more colour )
1 Pace mushroom cut into 4 pieces
1 Pack baby corn sliced
1 Big tomato sliced
1 Carrot
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. oil
salt to taste
How to make
Clean and sliced all vegetable in the same shape or as you like .Place broccoli in boiling water for 5 minutes and drain.
Heat oil in a pan adds baby corn and stir fry for 1 minute then add broccoli stir fry for 1 minute now add paneer ,capsicum, mushrooms stir and cook 2 more minutes add tomato, soy sauce, salt stir-fry over a high flame for another 3-4 minute. Remove from fire.
Transfer into serving dish serves hot with garlic bread rice or noodles.
Note
you can take vegetable per your choice .Do not over cook vegetable to keep their colour and crispness. Use the big pan to stir fry .Each vegetable should stir fried for few minute before adding another.Eating 1 or 2 cup vegetables per day are recommended.
