Indian fried rice
Fried rice is one pot rice dish served with curd and salad.
What we need
2 cup cooked rice
1 thinly chopped tomato
1 small chopped onion
2 chopped green chilli
1/2 tsp. cumin seed
1/2 cup mix vegetable (carrot, potato cauliflower, green peas)
1/2 tsp. biryani masala
2 tbsp. oil
Salt to taste
How to make
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seed fry till seeds turn brown ,add onion , green chilli fry till onion get brown add tomato and biryani masala cook till tomato get soft ,add vegetable fry 3-4 minute add rice and salt mix well cover and cook another 5 on low flame minute remove from fire .sprinkle freshly chopped coriander serve hot Indian fried rice with curd.
Note
Fried rice is a good option for tiffin box or Sunday brunch.
