Mushroom Wraps

Ingredients

¾ cup Plain flour (maida)

1 ¼ cup milk

½ tbsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper, crushed

Pinch of baking powder

For filling

1 ½ tbsp oil

2 tbsp finely chopped onion

1 cup finely chopped mushrooms.

2 tbsp finely chopped cabbage

½ tsp ginger garlic paste

1 green chilli

¼ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper or to taste

3-4 tbsp grated cheese

SPNICH SAUCE

2 tbsp butter

2 tbsp maida (refined wheat flour)

1 ½ cups finely chopped spinach

2 ½ cups full milk (I use full cream)

Other Ingredients

1 tbsp tomato sauce, 1 tsp green chilli sauce, 3 tbsp grated cheese. Mix all three.

For pancake

In a mixing bowl, sift maida, baking powder, and salt together. Add salt and pepper, mix, and then add milk. Mix well to make a smooth, pouring batter. Keep aside for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, heat a nonstick pan and spread some oil. Spread the batter to make a thin pancake, cook both sides, remove the pancake from the pan, and make 4 pancakes. And keep aside.

Now make filling.

Heat 1 ½  oil in a pan add chopped onion and sauté until onion becomes soft add green chilli ginger garlic paste stir now add chopped mushroom sauté for 3 minutes after 3 minutes add chopped cabbage stir on medium heat for 2 minutes add salt and pepper turn off heat transfer into a mixing bowl add grated cheese mix and keep aside.

Time to assemble

Spread the pancake on the board, keeping the light-coloured side up. Spread the tomato and chilli sauce mix first, then put 2 tbsp filling and roll it carefully, fill all pancakes like this.
