Nutty Filled Dates
Indian Sweet Nutty Filled dates are good for calorie watcher, as it is sugar-free and good for vegan even diabetic and heart patient can use. Dates or khazoor is very high in potassium, proteins, and fibre it comes in the laxative food category.When we combine with sesame it increased nutrients value.Nutty dates are the good way to give your kids the daily dose of vitamins, iron, calcium and much more.

What we need
- 2 cup dates (chopped)
- 1 cup white sesame (roasted)
- 2-3 tbsp. coconut (desiccated)
- 2 tbsp. almond (chopped)
- 1 tbsp. muskmelon seed (roasted)
- 1 tsp. ghee
How to make
Heat pan with ghee and dates cook on medium heat for a 3-minute or till date become soft.
Press dates with spoon turn off heat. Add sesame seed, muskmelon seed chopped almond keep mixing and pressing for a 1-minute turn off heat.
Take a small portion roll in between hand give a shape of date make a small cut in centre fill coconut powder and close it.as shown in the picture.

you can make in ball shape and roll in desiccated coconut.
