Low-fat Mixed Berry Whole wheat Cake

What we need
1 cup whole milk /low-fat
1 tablespoon vinegar
2 tablespoon canola oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 cup whole-wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup frozen mixed berries, such as blueberries, raspberries and blackberries (do not thaw berries)
1/4 cup low-fat granola, slightly crushed optional
8-inch cake pan
How to make
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Grease the cake pan with oil or butter and dust with flour.
Sift flour with baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon powder, and salt together and keep aside.
In a big mixing bowl mix vinegar, oil, milk, and sugar until sugar dissolves.
Sift flour until batter is moistened then fold the berries gently into batter. Transfer batter into prepared pan arrange some berries on top and sprinkle crushed granola and back 25 minutes 300F. Until the toothpick insert in the centre comes out clean cool at the wire rack for 10 minutes .serve hot. With coffee or tea.
