Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup Whole wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • 1 cup soya granules
  • 2 tablespoon chopped onion
  • ½ teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 2-3 chopped green chilli
  • ½ teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 2 tablespoon chopped coriander
  • Oil or ghee to make paratha
  • Salt as per taste

Instructions
 

  • Add oil in flour mix well and make a soft dough with help of water cover and keep aside.
  • Soak soya granules in hot water for 10 minutes. Heat oil in a pan add cumin seed when seeds start crackling add onion, green chilli sautés until onion become transparent now add ginger garlic paste stir add chopped capsicum sauté again for 1 minute, then add soya granules and salt mix all ingredients properly.
  • Cook for 2 more minutes turn off heat and add coriander leaves.
  • Heat a tawa on medium heat.
  • Dived dough into equal size ball take one ball and roll out with help of dry flour around 4-5 inch diameter place 2 teaspoon stuffing and close from all side give a ball shape.
  • Dust flour and roll again gently into round shape.
  • Place the paratha on hot tawa cook on both side with oil or ghee until both sides become golden brown.

Soak soya granules in hot water for 10 minutes. Squeeze out excess water.

Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, chopped onion, green chilies, and ginger-garlic paste. Sauté well. Add soya granules, salt, and cook for 3–4 minutes. Add coriander leaves and let the mixture cool.

  1. Make the Paratha:

Divide the dough into small balls. Roll one ball slightly, place stuffing in the center, seal the edges, and roll gently into a paratha.

Heat a tawa on medium flame. Cook the paratha on both sides using oil or ghee until golden brown and crisp.
