Ingredients

Moong dal –

Brown rice –

Bottle gourd,carrot
chopped
1/2
teaspoon
Ginger
1/4
teaspoon
Cumin
1/4
teaspoon
Turmeric
Salt – to taste
1/2
teaspoon
Ghee – 1/2 tsp
1
teaspoon
Flaxseed powder – 1 tsp
sprinkle after cooking
Instructions
Rinse and soak rice + dal for 15 mins.
In a cooker, add all ingredients (except flaxseed), 2 cups water.
Pressure cook for 2 whistles.
Sprinkle flaxseed powder before serving.
