Cauliflower with Capsicum
Cauliflower with capsicum, easy to make a vegetable. You can serve as a side dish or with roti.
what we need
1 medium size cauliflower (cut into 3/4″flowerets)
1 medium size potato chopped in small cube
1 capsicum cut chopped in long shape
1 small onion chopped
1/2 tsp.ginger garlic paste
3-4 green chilli
2 tsp.coriander powder
1/2tsp.turmeric
1 tsp.red chilli powder
1/2 tsp.dry mango powder
1 tsp.garam masala
1/2 tsp cumin, fenugreek seeds mix (jeera methi)
oil for frying
salt
How to make
Soak gobhi with boiling water and salt for 10 minutes.Strain and keep in the strainer to extract all water.
Heat oil in a pan add potato fry till golden brown take out and then add gobhi fry till it starts changing colour take out. Now take out all oil from pan( or use other pan with 1 tbsp oil) leave 1 tsp oil add cumin and methi seed onion fry till onion turn brown,now add ginger garlic paste and turmeric powder add capsicum fry 2 minute add aloo- gobhi and add coriander powder, chilli powder, mango powder salt cook till done remove from fire add garam masala cover it for 3 minutes serve hot. With roti.
