Spinach sandwich

Curd Sandwich

Ingredients
  

  • 6 slice brown /white bread
  • 3-4 tbsp Hung curd
  • 2 tsp .Finely chopped cabbage
  • 1 tsp Finely chopped onion
  • 1 tsp .Carrot grated
  • 1 tsp Capsicum chopped

  • 1 tsp Coriander chopped

  • Salt, black pepper

  • Butter or oil for cooking

Instructions
 

  • Take a mixing bowl put hung curd then add finely chopped onion, green chilli capsicum, cabbage, green coriander, carrot salt and pepper mix well.
    Take a slice of bread spread the stuffing and cover with another slice.
    Prepare all sandwiches like that. Keep aside. Now heat griller applies some butter or oil and place sandwich apply some oil or butter on top also and close griller and cooks for 3 minutes or until sandwich turns golden brown and crispy.
    Take out and cut sandwiches diagonally and serve hot with tomato sauce or coriander chutney.


Curd Sandwich

 Every morning we all wonder what to cook for breakfast, lunch, dinner and for kids’ tiffin which is delicious, healthy, and nutritious. Today I am going to share with you Curd Sandwich recipe. This is a quick and healthy vegetable and curd sandwich recipe. It is good for breakfast, and for kids tiffin. I like to enjoy with hot tea or coffee.

Ingredients:

6 slice brown/white bread

3-4 tbsp.Hung curd

2 tsp.Finely chopped cabbage

1 tsp.Finely chopped onion

2 tsp.Carrot grated

1small green chilli chopped

1 tbsp. Capsicum chopped

1 tsp. Coriander chopped

Salt, black pepper

Butter or oil for cooking

Directions:

Take a mixing bowl put hung curd then add finely chopped onion, green chilli capsicum, cabbage, green coriander, carrot salt and pepper mix well. Now heat griller applies some butter or oil and place sandwich apply some oil or butter on top also and close griller and cooks for 3 minutes or until sandwich turns golden brown and crispy.

Take out and cut sandwiches diagonally and serve hot with tomato sauce or coriander chutney.

Note:

You can cut the sides of the bread.

If you do not have griller you can make a sandwich on hot Tawa.
