What we need
1 ½ cup hung curd or plain Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon fresh Suva/dill fine chopped
½ teaspoon green onion fine chopped
¼ teaspoon dried parsley
2-3 clove crushed garlic
Salt and pepper
How to make
In a large mixing bowl combine all above ingredients mix well. Cover and keep in the refrigerator for 2-3 hour. Serve with veggies.
Note
1-if you do not have fresh dill/Suva feel free to use dried one.
2-Green onion can be replaced with onion powder.
3-Dip can make one day in ahead and keep in the refrigerator.
