Lauki and sabudana tikki
Ingredients
- 2 medium size potatoes
- 1 medium size lauke/bottle gourd
- 2-3 chopped green chilli
- 2 tablespoon tablespoon chopped coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
- 4 tablespoon Sabudana flour
- oil or ghee for cooking
- Salt

Instructions
- Peel and grate bottle gourd and potato squeeze out water. steam vegetable for 5 minutes in micro or 10 minutes in the steamer. When the vegetable is done keep aside cool.
- Mix potato, lauki/bottle gourd, coriander, chopped green chilli, salt, black pepper, cumin powder 1 tablespoon Sabudana powder mix well.
- Take a small portion of the mixture and give a shape of kebab/nuggets and roll on remaining Sabudana flour.
- Heat a pan add some oil or ghee and spread place kebab and cook until both side golden brown and crispy serve with green chutney and salad.
- You can grind Sabudana in the grinder to make flour or get from the super market.
Lauki -sabudana tikki is a good recipe for fasting for me. love to serve with salad. Lauki and sabudana tikki can be served as a snack.
