How to make Paneer ki kheer
Paneer ki kheer very easy to make and delicious dessert. Paneer ki kheer is full of protein and nutrients. For sure everyone is just going to love it
What we need
3 cup milk ( 1 cup=250 ml)
1 cup paneer crumbled
2 tsp cornflour
4 tbsp. sugar
5 -6 almond, pistachio
2 tbsp. rose-water
¼ tsp. Cardamom powder
Saffron (kesar) a few strands (optional)
How to make
Mix cornflour with a little water, chop, almond and pistachio keep aside.
First, take a deep pan, add milk, bring to a boil. when milk comes to boil mix cornflour mixture, then add sugar and bring to boil, again, reduces the flame simmer until the milk reduces almost half the quantity. Keep stirring to avoid burning.
mix grated panee, add saffron if using, cook for 2-3 minutes, add rose-water turn off heat Cool and mix cardamom powder garnish with chopped almond. Serve chilled.
Note
Corn flour replaces with rice powder, but I have used cornflour.
Adjust sugar as for your taste.
Another way to add.. sugar boils sugars with 1/2 cups water. and add when milk start boiling
How to make (chenna) cottage cheese at home
Take a deep, heavy bottom pan add milk, bring to boil. when milk start boiling, then mix the white vinegar or lemon juice slowly, stir till the whey will start separation in few minutes you will see clear whey, that means milk is properly done. Turn off heat leave for 5 minutes Lined a strainer with muslin or with cotton cloth Strain the whey, tie the curdle milk rinse under cold water to take out the sourness of the vinegar hang it and allow the whey to completely drain it may take minutes.
Note..
store whey in the glass bottle and use in soup, making a dough .
use whey for making paneer again.
