Jackfruit Kebab
Jackfruit Kebab recipe is made from raw jackfruit is a complement for high tea or as party starterJackfruit Kebab is good option for appetizer.
What we need
250 gm. jackfruit
50 gm. gram dal(Chana dal)soaked
1 onion chopped
2 inch long pieces ginger
1 full garlic
2 small cardamoms,1 clove, 5 ball black pepper
1 tsp. garam masala
2 tbsp. chopped coriander
5-6 chopped green chilli
2-3 tbsp. roasted gram flour ( besan )
1 tbsp. red chilli powder
salt to taste
oil for deep-frying
How to make
Boil gram dal, jackfruit garlic cardamom, clove black pepper, with the little water I use a pressure cooker because it takes less time then pan.when it is done make a paste in the mixie or with the spoon or in a chopper. Now in the jackfruit mixture add finely chopped onion (if you can not chop very fine you can use a grater), grated ginger, green chilli red chilli powder, cumin seed, salt coriander leaves,garam masala and gram flour mix well and make round flat kebab shapes. Deep fry in golden brown colour serve hot with mint dip .Green chutney
