Soy Burger Recipe 

  Delicious easy and healthy burger recipe made from soy granules make your own healthy Burger patties and burger sauce. Delicious soy burger is full of fibre and protein, nutrients. Soy Burger is good for tiffin too…

What we need for patties

  • ½ cup soya granule
  • 1 medium size potato boil
  • 2 tablespoon rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons cabbage finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon green chilli paste
  • 1 tablespoon green peas crushed
  • 2tablespoonsn grated carrot
  • 1 teaspoon sweet corn
  • ½ teaspoon corn flour
  • Salt as to taste
  • Cooking Oil for frying patty as needed.
  • Corn flour to dust the patty

For burger

  • 3 whole wheat burger bun
  • Iceberg lettuce
  • Onion ring
  • cucumber slice

For sauce

  • 4 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard sauce
  • tablespoons tomato sauce

How to make

In a mixing bowl mash potato with the help a of fork or masher. Combine soya granules and oats. Cabbage, peas, green chilli paste carrot, sweet corn salt mix well.
Dive into 3 equal portions and give a shape for patties. Dust with corn flour and Keep in the fridge for 1 hour.
Heat oil in a shallow frying pan or tawa gently place the patty on and fry all patty when one side becomes golden brown flip carefully and cook another side until both sides are golden brown and crisp.
For the burger, sauce combine all three sauces and keep aside.

Assembling burger

Warm burger bun in a buttered pan. Spread burger sauce on the bottom bun and place lettuce then gently place the patty and again add lettuce onion ring, cucumber slice and drizzle some more sauce. Cover with bun top insert a toothpick in the middle to keep the burger intact
Note if the patty mixture does not hold together add some corn flour or breadcrumbs and mix
