the eaggless apple cake is something special for me because I tried a few times, but it did not turn out well.But I did not give up and finely!!! it turns out well. Good for vegan too .
1 cup cake flour(maida)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup oil
1 cup sugar brown sugar(you can use white sugar)
1/2 cup water
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1 pinch salt
1 tsp lemon juice
