3 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. Lemon juice
6-7 mint leaves chopped
½ tbsp. cracked wheat ( daliya) roasted
Salt to taste
How to make Mediterranean Salad
Cut stems of parsley and chop them finely. If you are using regular tomatoes, cut them into small cubes.
Take a mixing bowl, put all vegetables, then add salt, olive oil, and lemon juice and toss them lightly.
Take a serving plate, place lettuce leaves first and then salad top up with broken wheat and serve immediately.
Tabbouleh salad should mix just before serving otherwise it will become soggy. You can keep all the above ingredients ready in the fridge and take them out when you want to serve.
You can add 1/2 chopped onion I don’t use it because I don’t like raw onion.
