What we need
4 teaspoon cooking oil/olive oil
2 clove garlic minced
1 small size onion sliced
500 gm, chopped spinach
1 inch sliced ginger
2 dry red chili whole
salt as to taste,
How to make
Clean and wash spinach chop and keep aside. In a large wok, heat 4 teaspoons oil over medium heat. add whole red chilli stair then add chopped garlic cook until fragrant. Add chopped spinach and chopped ginger add salt. Cover pan and continue to cook mixture until spinach is cooked. serve hot ..…
