Bottle gourd/lauki kebab

Peel and grated bottle gourd and potato squeeze out water. steam vegetable for 5 minutes in micro or 10 minutes in a steamer. When the vegetable is done keep aside cool.

Hariali kebab

Heat a non-stick pan and then drizzle oil over it, then place kebab and cook on medium heat till both sides become golden brown and crispy. Serve hot with mint chutney Dips and chutneys-or yogurt sauce.You can serve with salad .
