1 cup milk (cow’s milk or plant-based like almond milk)
1/2 tsp. turmeric powder (haldi)
1/4 tsp. black pepper (enhances turmeric absorption)
1 small piece fresh ginger (or 1/4 tsp ginger powder)
1/4 tsp. cinnamon powder (optional, for taste)
1/2 tsp. ghee or coconut oil (soothing and nourishing)
1 tsp. honey or jaggery (optional, add after heating)

Instructions:

1. Heat the milk in a small saucepan on a low flame.
2. Add turmeric, black pepper, ginger, and cinnamon. Stir well.
3. Let it simmer for 5–7 minutes until all the flavors are infused.
4. Add ghee and stir. Turn off the heat.
5. Add honey or jaggery for sweetness, once slightly cooled (warm, not hot).
