GUT-FRIENDLY KHICHDI THALI – LIGHT, DETOX FRIENDLY
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Moong dal –
- 1/4 cup Brown rice –
- 1/2 cup Bottle gourd,carrot chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon Ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon Cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric
- Salt – to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon Ghee – 1/2 tsp
- 1 teaspoon Flaxseed powder – 1 tsp sprinkle after cooking
Instructions
- Rinse and soak rice + dal for 15 mins.
- In a cooker, add all ingredients (except flaxseed), 2 cups water.
- Pressure cook for 2 whistles.
- Sprinkle flaxseed powder before serving.
