WHAT YOU NEED for
200 gm. mushroom
1/2 tsp. red chilli powder
1 tbsp.hung curd
1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon mushroom
1tablespoon roasted gram flour
HOW TO MAKE
First clean and wash mushroom cut in tow pieces .In a bowl add mushroom, gram flour (besan) ginger garlic, salt, chili powder mix. well now add bread crumb mix very lightly . the shift in an oven proof dish and bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes or till mushroom get brown . serve hot with mint or curd dip.
Note—
Mushrooms are rich in vitamins B1, B2,and it has potassium,phosphorus, and iron but they are poor in calcium and vitamin c,it does not contain vitamin E.
