Mango Lassi
Ingredients
- 2 big ripe mangoes peeled and diced
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk i have used full cream you can use as per choice
- 3 tablespoons sugar adjust to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder optional
- Crushed ice optional
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish optional
Instructions
- Peel the mangoes and dice the ripe mangoes. Remove the pit and cut them into small pieces.
- Blend the Mangoes:
- In a blender, add the diced mangoes.
- Add Yogurt and Milk
- Add 1 cup of plain yogurt and 1/2 cup of milk to the blender.
- Sweeten with Sugar:
- Add 3 tablespoons of sugar (adjust the amount to suit your taste).
- Add Cardamom Powder
- Sprinkle in 1/2 teaspoon of cardamom powder for a fragrant flavor.
- Blend Until Smooth:
- Blend all the ingredients until you have a smooth and creamy mixture. If you prefer a colder lassi, you can also add some crushed ice and blend again.
- Serve Chilled:
- Pour the mango lassi into glasses.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
Notes
You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar.
If the lassi is too thick, you can add a little more milk to reach your desired consistency.
