Berries and mango Magic
Cool summer treats +fruits+healthy option for morning breakfast.
What you need
1/2 cup mixed berries ( you can use frozen)
1/2 cup chopped ripe mango
2 cup milk
sugar as to taste (optional)
ice-cube
How to make
In a blender add all the above ingredients and blend until smooth. serve chilled
Strawberry Shake
What We Need
1/2 cup chopped strawberries
1 cup curd (not sour)
2 tbsp. Sugar
1/2 cup ice cube
How to make
Place strawberries, curd, sugar into blander bland till mix now time to add ice cube and blend untilCool & healthy smoothies smooth .-
